Our website does not retain any of your personal information. By filling out a contact form, our website automatically wraps this information into an email and sends it to our company website (info@spd-l.co.uk), where it is actioned by our marketing team. Your personal information contained in this email is stored on a server.
Information provided in person or over the telephone is collected on record cards, which are stored in a filing cabinet in the marketing suite on the development you visited/telephoned.
All personal information collected is then uploaded on to our and/or our agents database and stored on a server.
Only authorised sales advisors and/or authorised agents have access to your personal information stored in a filing cabinet or on the database.
We only hold personal information that has been provided by you; we do not collect information about you from external sources. The information we hold and process will be used for our marketing and administrative use only. We will keep and use it to enable us and/or our agents to market our properties and manage our relationship with you effectively, lawfully and appropriately during your property search.
As a company engaging in property development and house building activities, we may sometimes need to process your data to pursue our legitimate business interests.
